We begin our Shift Perspective with two teams that are being merged together. Clearly, there is a need for out of doors and out of cubes fun and interaction. Good communication among the newly combined group will depend upon our ability to bring everyone together to work with one another in a fresh way. A day spent sharing and learning about each other is a good place to start.

We navigate the trail we've set before us, participating as a team every step of the way. The day's activities call for collaboration and trust and challenge us all on a physical, mental, and personal level. We task the team to work together on projects that stand apart from their day to day office projects, knowing that the novelty will expand how they see themselves and one another.

Discovery!

Everyone is refreshed by their time spent in an uncommon and natural setting. The team members feel a renewed sense of self and their place in their new group. A strong current of appreciation is running through the office for the company's decision to take time and spend money to do something out of the ordinary for its employees.
